To make sure that your new property is not a burden, Aparsia real estate will provide you with a complete property management service if you wish. We will arrange for the rental of your apartment when you are not planning to use it and full service.
It is up to you to what extent you personally use the apartment and to what extent you provide it for rental under our company’s name.

Plus a fee of 20% of the total rental price of your apartment, we offer a complete Rental Service:
These prices are valid for a period of 6 months, namely from 1. May to 1. October.
Everything you need for your comfort and carefree rental is included in this price:
- Regular cleaning of the apartment with laundry service.
- Welcoming and caring for your guests or tenants, including the owners, all with a personal touch.
- We’ll provide solutions to all the little problems, from internet connection and TV signal, to helpful tips and minor repairs.
- We don’t forget to help overcome language barriers and other needs that may arise.
Trust us and enjoy the peace of mind while we take care of everything else.
Property management and operation
registration of electricity, water, waste removal, and other costs of operation and maintenance of the property, property tax and any other charges.
Other services
Short-term apartment rental, cleaning, security, airport transfers, hotline in case of emergency.
We offer all this as a follow-up service after the purchase of the property.
